Oh, to win a WSOP bracelet once in your life! Those who’ve done it had to fight hard to get there.

Australian Martin Kozlov found a way to make it much easier, though, by busting his last two opponents in one fell swoop.

Obviously a Monster

It’s the final table of Event #39, the star-studded $10k 6-Max No Limit Hold’em World Championship. Chris "Jesus" Ferguson had just busted in fourth and left the room accompanied by the rail’s vituperations.

There are now three players left and the chipleader is Kozlov with more than 7m; Justin Bonomo has 2.9 million and Davidi Kitai has 3.9 million. Kozlov is on the button as he receives Q Q.

The third best starting hand of the game in a spot like this is, obviously, an absolute monster. Kozlov’s only worry is he might only win the blinds.

Most Bizarre Moment Yet

What happens next, though, Kozlov wouldn’t have expected in his life. Behind him Bonomo has pocket nines and promptly moves all-in.

Nothing wrong with that, as Kitai is now expected to fold so Kozlov can take the smaller stack off the table. Except he doesn’t. Because he has pocket sixes.

He tanks and tanks and, eventually, the Belgian Triple Crown winner moves all his chips in the middle, too. When Kozlov calls as well the 2016 WSOP has found its most bizarre moment yet.

Fortune Has Some Extra Fun

As if this wasn’t enough, fortune now has a bit of extra fun. Kozlov is ahead with his queens but any six or nine would have one opponent triple up and into the lead.

After the flop, there's no such danger anymore. Kozlov raises his arms in triumph. Kitai takes second place, as he had the larger stack of the other two.
